Resistenti all’urto, all’impatto, al taglio, agli agenti chimici, le fibre para-aramidiche sono la risposta ideale per il settore della sicurezza, della protezione e della difesa balistica.

MOTORSPORT
I tessuti utilizzati per realizzare caschi o componenti per il settore “motorsport” devono garantire facilità di modellazione e lavorazione durante la fase produttiva, nonché leggerezza e assorbimento dell’energia cinetica nel manufatto.
FTS propone varie tipologie di tessuti unidirezionali, tessuti monofibra/ibridi in aramidica o in carbonio pre-resinati particolarmente adatti alla fustellatura e al posizionamento nello stampo.
NASTRI TRASPORTATORI
I sistemi trasportatori a nastro richiedono l’utilizzo di tessuti tecnici capaci di sopportare tensioni estreme, dotati di grande resistenza al taglio e all’usura, di flessibilità e insieme di massima stabilità dimensionale. MOTORSPORT
Fabrics for helmets or motorsport applications must guarantee a good workability as well as lightness and high kinetic energy absorption of the final product.
FTS offers a wide range of UD, hybrid and plain fabrics in aramide or carbon fiber, dry or pre-preg, highly suitable for an easy dinking and moulding.
CONVEYOR BELTS
Conveyor belts require technical fabrics bearing extreme tensions capable of high resistance to cuts, wear and tear, guaranteeing flexibility and directional stability.
FTS fabrics, made with HT Polyester, Cotton or Aramidic fibers, fully comply with these requirements.
The range also includes innovative antistatic fabrics, with conductive fiber inserts.
